The second Community of Practice (CoP) took place on March 2nd. Representatives from all partner organizations gathered online for the local CoP session, organized and led by Christiana Knais from MMC in Cyprus. Participants received a clear and concise overview of the main contents of the “Competency Framework” developed as part of the NEARVET project’s WP3 – NEARVET Blueprint: competence framework development.

Additionally, they engaged in two interactive workshop sessions:

WS1 – THEORISE AND LEARN: Participants shared experiences from VET to describe applied research projects that enhanced VET curricula and materials.
WS2 – RESEARCH and APPLY: Participants presented brief overviews of specific applied research projects in VET based on their experiences.

These sessions provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on and exchange ideas about the theoretical and practical aspects of applied research in VET. Interesting insights were shared in a collaborative atmosphere.

Stay tuned for upcoming CoPs! 💡
