Youth and employers gathered in Rome last week to review the development of a brand-new training package addressing employment competencies skills!
The new course aims to help young people and youth workers/guidance practitioners to identify key gaps in employability competences and address these through youth worker led training modules.
The YEC youth and employers advisory boards have provided invaluable input towards shaping a comprehensive suite of trainings addressing youth employability skills.
Together they’ve generated new ideas and offered fresh perspectives relating to current realities of youth entering the workforce!
