Among our latest projects, Sympatic aims at combating youth unemployment in Europe by capitalizing on skills gained after returning from mobility experiences abroad.
The project offers an entirely new approach to facilitated labor integration: by carrying out a process of recruitment that starts before the mobility, and invloves continued guidance and communication between young people, job coaches and employers.
