A year after the first lockdowns began in Europe, the COVID-19 pandemic still casts a major shadow on everyday life in the EU and around the globe. And yet, this has also been a significant year of learning and growth. As a network, we worked hard to meet the challenges of our time and adjust our activities to this new reality.
Our network has proven resilient to all the impositions of the Corona pandemic. The ability to continue our projects has demanded creative solutions, new digital (communication) tools, coordination and guidance from a distance, organizational upskilling and innovation.
Luckily, those are the very same objectives that stand at the heart of Metropolisnet’s mission. We remain confident in our ability to advance strong European cooperation and look forward to our new and exciting projects in 2021!
