Join stakeholders from across Europe for the final conference of the Erasmus+ co-funded Future-proof Your Career Project!
The final conference gives participants an opportunity to find out more about the project implementation, its main achievements, and sustainability. Take part in this event to reflect on the project outcomes, discuss relevant topics informing EU policy and gather recommendations about the future of work.
Agenda:
- Welcome and introduction to the project: objectives, target group and impact.
- Round table discussions on different aspects of the project including feedback from the tool piloting, psychometric evaluation, main competencies, and lessons learnt.
- Keynote speech relating to policy recommendations on the future world of work and integration of disadvantaged groups in the labour market.
- Breakout rooms with facilitators addressing relevant topics such as using the FYC tools in future counselling, EU policy and post-covid labour market trends, as well as the importance of soft and hard skills in the future labour market.
The conference will take place online, 30th March 10.30 – 13.00 (CET).
