With the Erasmus+ KA1 calls approaching, the Eduwork.Net project is offering newcomers support and advice to get their project off the ground. The project´s unique Virtual Networking Space (VNS) is a free online membership platform offering a range of services for VET providers and companies seeking to engage in European mobility projects.
Access the VNS at https://vetmobility.eu/
Supporting EU efforts to professionalise, internationalise and improve vocational education and training (VET) services in Europe, Eduwork.Net has developed a series of products to assist institutions in submitting an Erasmus+ application for mobility projects for learners and staff.
By joining the free-of-charge Virtual Networking Space as a member, VET providers seeking to increase their international cooperation will benefit from:
- Networking with VET institutions and companies and locating project partners
- Online communication and cooperation
- Sharing information, experience, and ideas
- Access to a repository of resources focused on Erasmus+ programme
- Support by virtual European Project Support Offices
In specific, the VNS will host five virtual support offices in Italy, Greece, Spain, Ireland and Lithuania. Offered in the local language, a dedicated support officer will advise interested VET providers on how to plan and organise a successful KA1 Erasmus+ mobility project for their learners and staff.
Prior to launching the platform, a series of online webinars were held as part of the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ programme to give newcomers information and input on the upcoming calls and European mobility proiects. Even for those already acquainted with Erasmus+, the webinars offered a unique opportunity to learn about changes and new directions the European programme has taken. The online webinars are also accessible through the VNS platform (https://vetmobility.eu/project-support-office/webinars/)
On 10 November 2021, a conference on the “internationalisation strategy of VET providers” was held in Athens, in which project partners, VET representatives and stakeholders discussed how to get more VET providers engaged in international cooperation.
