Our first batch of practitioners gathered in Berlin last week to participate in the GUIDE 2.0 online course pilot! The course teaches participants how to utilise case studies as effective tools for peer-to-peer learning and the improvement of their practice.
Guide2.0 is a practitioner-led professional development programme for Guidance and Employability Practitioners, especially those working with young people.
The project builds upon two highly successful predecessor projects, Good Guidance Stories and Good Guidance Stories Plus and adds to the resources produced by creating seven brand-new case studies that focus on the four dimensions of employability, which will be co-designed and co-produced through a Community of Practice.
Guide2 is a complex and ambitious project with five foundational intellectual outputs generated by partners from six countries. Implementation is scheduled over a period of 26-months to enable the testing and production of high-quality products / intellectual outputs and results.
