CIOFS/FP Association

CIOFS/FP is a non profit association promoted by C.I.O.F.S, an Entity promoted by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians Institute. CIOFS/FP is present in 15 Italian regions, with as many Regional Associations and some 100 Operational Offices and VET centres.

The Association covers a good number of activities such as: vocational training, guidance, services to local enterprises, workshops, transnational exchanges, research and work-oriented services. Adolescents, young people - especially those at risk coming from decayed areas - women, unemployed people, immigrants, prisoners, dropouts, extra-European people are the beneficiaries of such activities.

The National Centre, located in Rome, is responsible for the coordination and training of operators, technical and project assistance, and networking with national and European organisations. Besides, in its capacity as promoting and/or implementing organisation, it provides training services financed through own or public funds.

Thanks to the close cooperation with international partners, the networks can take part in community programmes, which have a common mission and target the same beneficiaries with similar strategies. For further information visit www.ciofs-fp.org.
