Created with the framework of the MiStra project, this toolkit is the result of several years of exchanges and transfers, implemented at European level, on social inclusion and welfare practices targeting migrant population. It has been created for local authorities working at the city level (municipalities, districts, councils, depending on the country). After several years and pilot projects implemented at the European and local levels, we have explored and capitalised working methods that can support local authorities in effectively analysing their gaps and needs and in transferring welfare practices among local administrations across countries and territories even very different from one another. These methods thus reinforce a common sense of European citizenship and participation in public life and public policies.
