Who we are
The MetropolisNet EWIV (www.metropolisnet.eu) is a European society with members from seven European countries. In MetropolisNet companies, institutions and cities have joined together to form a unique network. The aim of the network is to support local and European strategies for employment, education and social inclusion in metropolitan areas. It therefore implements European projects on these topics together with the network members and other European partners and countries. The coordination office of the network is located in Berlin. gsub mbH is a founding member (www.gsub.de).
Who are we looking for
The MetropolisNet EWIV Coordination Office is looking for an additional
project coordinator (f/m/x)
for the coordination and cooperation in European projects at the earliest possible date.
As a project coordinator you will work in at least two MetropolisNet projects in all relevant aspects and phases of project implementation.
Your Tasks
- Responsible implementation of the project in any aspect (contents, finances, events)
- Trustful cooperation with the European project partners
- Financial reports to the overall project management
- Planning, organisation and moderation of local events in Berlin
- Regular travel activity, i.e. participation in European project meetings
- public relations
Requirements
- University of applied sciences or university degree (social science, educational science, political science)
- Experience in project management
- Very good command of written and spoken English (English and German are working languages)
- Experience in the organisation of events
- Experience in public relations
- knowledge of the vocational education and training, labour market, and/or integration would be an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- good skills in MS office package
