SUMMARY:Mid-Term Conference „Certification and Qualification for Europe`s Job Brokers (CQJB)“
DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThe project “Certification and Qualification for Europe’s Job Brokers” (CQJB) aims to support the professionalization\, recognition and mobility of the Job Broker occu-pational profile through the development and certification of a new\, work-based Eu-ropean qualification. \nSince October 2018\, nine European partners have been working together on the certification of a new professional qualification\, the “European Professional Certificate for Job Brokers”. The “Job Broker” brings a new\, European professional profile to the labour market that goes beyond the familiar profile of a job broker. The corresponding profile and an interdisciplinary curriculum for qualification were developed together with seven European partners in a three-year predecessor project. The Job Broker is a specialist who offers both job seekers and employers comprehensive service and individual support. He/she thus brings different “worlds” together and mediates precisely between the requirements of the employer and the needs of the job seeker. \nThe mid-term conference in Berlin offers experts and stakeholder on this field the opportunity to get to know cocept\, the project results and the cooperation partners. The event closes with a lunch to network. \nPlease register through the link provided on the RIGHT SIDE! \nHere you will find also a detailed program of the day.
